Session Scanning Service

Capture can help you track attendance and collect valuable attendee data for your Sponsored Session at MRO Americas.

Our Support Technician will train your staff on collecting attendee data by scanning badges as guests arrive using QR scanners. The only “setup” required is purchasing the correct number of devices, assigning your staff and providing us the date, time, & location of your session (we recommend 2 scanners/staff members for up to 100 attendees; 2 devices are included in the listed price). 

The data collected will be delivered directly to you via email within 48 hours of the event, with fields including: Attendee Name, Company, Title, Email, Phone, etc.   

Once you make your purchase, please email Support@ct.events with your order number, the details of your session(s) and your point of contact onsite. Our Project Management Team will coordinate with you the day-of training and data delivery.
