If you require attendance tracking for your Industry Supported Symposia, rent a Capture Journey tablet.
Staff will be provided (at an additional cost) to assist in the scanning process, and will arrive at the specified scanning start time with the scanning device(s). Price is per symposia, and based upon a 3 hour rental period. Please send the completed online form to WCLC2017-Satellite@icsevents.com to coordinate staffing.
Note, it advised to rent 1 tablet per 150 attendees to avoid lines as attendees enter the room.
