Use Your Own Lead Retrieval Device

Capture Technologies supports exhibitors who wish to capture leads using their own scanning hardware or custom applications.

All attendee badges use a QR Code format. Leads may be resolved primarily through the Capture Technologies Web Services API, which allows you to securely submit scanned badge IDs and receive attendee data tied to the event.

Following your purchase, Capture Technologies will provide:

• Your unique Software Developer Kit serial number
• Full QR code symbology specifications
• API setup documentation and lead resolution instructions

Missing attendee demographics may also be resolved after the event by submitting a spreadsheet of collected badge codes, and we will return all available attendee demographic information, typically within one business day of receipt.
