Symposium Scanning (Rental Device)

If you need session attendance tracking for your Symposia, rent a Capture Journey device.

- The device must be picked up at the Lead Retrieval Service Desk 45 minutes prior to the opening of the Symposium.
- Training will be provided at the Service Desk to the Associate responsible for scanning.
- The Associate must be at the Symposium site 30 minutes prior to the start of the Symposium.
- The device must be returned at the end of the Symposium.
- Equipped with high-speed barcode scanner.

Data will be provided within 24 hours of the show close.

Note, companies are to rent 1 device per 100 attendees to avoid lines as attendees enter the room (and be properly staffed for each session). If you have multiple symposia to scan, please rent at least one device per.
